Owner Hank Brakeley has been designing and building homes, barns and public spaces for over 15 years and has synthesized the best of tradition and modern technology to create wholly unique, one of a kind products.

At Buffam Falls Design/Build, we encourage early and frequent collaboration with architects, engineers, and of course our clients.  We are happy to contract entire projects, but we understand our role well as a specialized subcontractor as well.  Whether you come to us with blueprints and a contractor, or just a dream, we look forward to working with you.

Buffam Falls Design/Build does not strive to put profit first.  Our goal is to provide our workers with a living wage and to create affordable products for all budgets.  Our goal is certainly not quantity. We will entertain all projects, large or small, but will not overbook to compromise quality.  If you feel that your budget is too low, don’t hesitate to reach out. If the project is right, we’ll see what we can do! Partnering with public and private funding, workshops and events, we are able to achieve some pretty incredible outcomes for the communities we serve!
